Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

This Terms of Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) states the terms and conditions under which you may use this web site (the “Site”) as agreed to by you and Inspire the Journey to Enhanced Lives doing business as “IJE Global”.  By downloading, accessing, or using the Service in order to view information and materials or submit Material (as defined below) of any kind, You represent that You: (i) are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years of age and using the Service with parental or legal guardian consent and supervision; (ii) are registered to the extent required, and have not been previously restricted, suspended or terminated by IJE Global.

Please read this Agreement carefully.  This Site contains various information relating to IJE Global (or “We”) in the form of text, graphics, news, reports, and other materials (tangible or intangible) (“Content”).  By accessing, browsing and/or using this Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.  If you do not accept this Agreement (and therefore do not agree to by bound by this Agreement), do not use this Site. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our Site.

This website agreement is between IJE Global and you. By downloading our digital goods (free or paid), you agree to the following:

• You will not steal our code and repurpose it in any way.
• You will not distribute, re-distribute, share, re-share, edit, modify, copy, duplicate or rebrand any content or theme downloaded from our site unless you have purchased a specific license that authorizes you to do so.
• You understand that any of our beta plugins are owned by IJE Global and are subject to copyright laws.
• You will not publish the plugin as your own.
• Unless asked to in writing, you will not contact any of the featured donors, supporters, volunteers, customers, clients, or partners, even if their website or email address is made publicly available.
• You will not copy any aspect of the plugin, design, concepts, or functionality.

Restrictions on Use of Materials

You acknowledge that this Site contains Content that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patents, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, and technologies existing now and hereinafter developed. Termination

IJE GLOBAL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of our Site or the Content, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.  IJE GLOBAL reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of this Site or the content at any time without prior notice or liability.

User Must Comply with Applicable Laws

This Site is based in Riverside County, California.  IJE GLOBAL makes no claims concerning whether the Content may be downloaded or are appropriate for use outside of the United States.  If you access this Site from outside of the United States, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your specific jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous 

In the event that any portion of the Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with the applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.  The paragraph headings herein are provided only for reference and shall have no effect on the construction or interpretation of the Agreement. IJE GLOBAL’s failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.  Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of the Agreement. The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, except with regard to its conflicts of law rules.  Any action relating to the Content, Site or this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Riverside County, California, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.  Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Content, Site or this Agreement must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose or be barred. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties for this Site and supersedes all existing agreements and all other oral, written, or other communication between the parties concerning its subject matter. You agree to use the Content and Site only for lawful purposes. Inspire the Journey to Enhanced Lives is a state tax exempt California headquartered public charity nonprofit corporation that is also recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as being federally tax exempt under Section 501c3 of the tax code.  This entity is also registered with the California Attorney General Charitable Trust/Department of Justice as a public charity in our jurisdiction.

We honor our donors’ right to change their communication preferences at any time. Refunds for Products

IJE Global can only provide a refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• The request for a refund is made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
• The purchaser has provided IJE Global with proof that the item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition when sold.
• The purchaser has given IJE Global a reasonable opportunity to communicate and discuss the best resolution for all parties.
• The purchaser understands that IJE Global is not a manufacturer of goods and will not be held liable for any defective or misused item.

Privacy Policy & Use of Data

IJE Global will not sell, distribute, or repurpose CLIENT’s data in any way, shape, or form outside the use of promotion of IJE Global and/or affiliated partners. For example, we may share “yourdomain.com” on our blog if your website is available on the public web and has something, in full or in part, that was created or sourced from IJE Global. If your website is a private website that is not available to the public web, then we will not share it outside of your requirements. We respect your privacy.

We do no store payment information and we will never try to.  We rely on a third-party platform, such as PayPal to facilitate any financial transaction or donation.

We may use your email for email notifications, email newsletters and other forms of communication relative to our fundraising efforts.  You may ask to be removed at any time. We may use your data as an aggregated whole in combination with other data to accumulate stats, figures, and relevant information about our services. IJE Global will never give away sensitive information, such as your phone number, your address, or your email address, to anyone outside of our immediate team.

Payments

All payments that are processed online at the IJE Global website (https://ijeglobal.org/) are securely processed. Any payment made in connection with IJE Global will be made through PayPal.

We use independent services to securely manage the financial transaction process, from donation to disbursement. These services do charge small fees, although the fees can sometimes be covered by the donor.

To help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.  All online donation transactions are handled by Payment Card Industry (PCI)-compliant vendors, such as PayPal. PCI refers to the technical and operational standards that businesses must follow to ensure that credit card data provided by cardholders is protected.  IJE Global reserves the right at any time after receipt of Your donation to accept or decline Your donation for any reason. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DONATION OR TRANSACTION.

By submitting such credit card or payment information, You grant IJE Global the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of any transactions initiated by You or on Your behalf. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any such transaction.
